Przemek Wozny - Street Photography, Music Photography & Photojournalism

Przemek Wozny is a Polish photographer and digital creator, born and based in Kalisz, Poland. His work focuses primarily on street photography, documentary, and reportage photography. At the heart of his work is a commitment to authenticity: to portray the world as it is, without manipulation or artificiality.

He draws his greatest inspiration from people, emotions, and everyday life. Rather than seeking dramatic events, he is fascinated by seemingly ordinary situations, fleeting gestures, quiet glances, and brief moments that most people pass without noticing. It is from these moments that photographs emerge, telling stories without words.

The street is where he feels most at home as a photographer. It is where the majority of his work is created. He observes, waits, and releases the shutter when light, movement, emotion, and chance come together to form a meaningful composition. Authenticity, patience, and attentive observation remain the foundations of his photography.

Alongside his street photography, music photography represents a significant chapter of his artistic career. Over many years, he documented club concerts and major music festivals, photographing artists from around the world while capturing the energy of live performances, genuine emotions, and the unique atmosphere of each event. This body of work continues to be an important part of his portfolio. Selected music photographs are available as limited-edition prints.

Alongside his photographic practice, he develops projects in visual communication and digital technologies. His work includes graphic design, web design and development, audiovisual production, and the implementation of digital solutions for businesses. He also undertakes selected commercial photography projects. He is the founder and owner of ARTGRUPA, an interactive agency specialising in comprehensive web solutions, visual identity, and multimedia projects. His business activities also include KVE, a technology brand focused on IT infrastructure, data security, and Apple deployment solutions for businesses. Combining the skills of a photographer, designer, software developer, and IT specialist, he delivers projects that require both creative vision and advanced technical expertise.

Travel is an inseparable part of both his life and his work. He prefers exploring the world with nothing more than a backpack, choosing destinations far from the usual tourist routes and crowded attractions. It is in these places that he most often encounters people, situations, and stories that can neither be predicted nor planned. Many of his most significant photographs were made while travelling, far from home and in places discovered by chance.

He is also the creator of Dawny Kalisz ("Historic Kalisz"), a long-running online project dedicated to the history of one of Poland's oldest cities, which he has continuously developed since 1997. In 2007, he was honoured by the Mayor of Kalisz with the title of Honorary Friend of the City of Kalisz.

Light, gesture, and moment. They met only once and will never come together in exactly the same way again. Every photograph is proof of that.
